Configuration Guide¶

Different features can be enabled through configuration.

LDAP ¶

Configure an LDAP connection to allow the Altair SLC Hub to import and authenticate external users.

E-mail ¶

Configure an SMTP server to allow emails to be sent for:

Invitations to join a server.
Notifications a job has completed/failed.

External Certificate ¶

Secure connections into the hub by configuring a certificate to serve https connections externally.

Configure Vault integration with the hub.

Operating System Users for Workloads ¶

Configure the operating system users used by some services: - Required for Synchronous On Demand API Servers in Windows. - Required for Published Library Servers in Windows.

Namespaces ¶

Configure different namespaces for separation of work.

Execution Profiles ¶

Configuration for execution profiles to configure where workloads run and with what constraints.

File System Manager ¶

Configuration for the file system shared by the Altair SLC Hub.

Alternate Internal Certificate Authority ¶

Instructions for using an Alternate Internal Certificate Authority. This is not recommended.
