Access Control Test

The Access Control Test page allows you to test access control rules against an object, action, user or group, and namespace. See Access Control Reference for the suggested entries in these fields.

To test access, enter the Object, Action, and User or Group, then select a Namespace from the dropdown list. After defining the necessary fields, click the Test Access button to proceed. The results display the Overall Effect of the rules that match the test parameters. To clear the page and start over, click Reset.
