Cluster Nodes

The Cluster Nodes page is used to view nodes running as part of the Hub deployment.

This page also indicates whether the cluster nodes are server or worker licensed.

  • You can filter the cluster nodes listed based on status and node label.
  • You can click a cluster node to view its properties.

You can view more information about the the listed nodes by clicking the displayed name of the node. Information about the node is available from the Properties, Monitor, and Job Executions tabs.

Properties tab

In the Properties tab, you can view the node details such as whether the node is a worker or Hub server; disk usage of the node; for a worker node, the installed version of Altair SLC; associated node labels; and detailed attributes.

Monitor tab

In the Monitor tab, you can view the CPU and Memory resource utilization.

Job Executions tab

In the Job Executions tab, you can view the jobs for programs that have been run. You can filter the job executions listed based on status as well as dates created and modified.

Clicking a job execution item displays the Job Execution information. This page can be used to view the resource utilization, and its associated tasks and files for the job.

In the Job Execution Information tab, you can:

  • Click Restart to requests the execution to be restarted in place.
  • Click Stop to stop the current execution.
    This may lead to it being rescheduled elsewhere.

Resource Utilization

In the Resource Utilization tab, you can view the amount of resources consumed by the selected cluster job execution.

Tasks tab

In the Tasks tab, you can view the tasks associated with the selected cluster job execution, including its status and event information. Clicking a task further shows additional information and lets you download the log files. Select a log file to view or download.

Files tab

In the Files tab, you can view all the files associated with the selected cluster job execution and perform the following:

  • Click more (...) to the right of a file to download.
  • Enter an item name to filter the list.
  • Click Refresh to refresh the list.
  • Click Go up to to navigate to the upper directory.
  • Click Sort for the Name, Modified, or Size column to display the list in ascending or descending order.
